I don't know if this article had been discussed here recently but I saw it on a few sites so far.

This article is another example of the mainstream media getting it completely wrong.

Wasn't there a study done that concluded that saturated fat was bad by studing humans eating either milkshakes and cake lol?

I don't know about a study but when people talk about fatty food, they usually mean junk food, not olive oil and grass fed beef, not realizing that this is really high carb, high chemical food. Its this combination along with the fat, usually from seed oils, that causes the damage. The average person, and apparently journalist and nutrition researchers have the same mindset, doesn't have a clue about what constitutes a healthy diet.
