A couple of questions regarding both...and assume I am talking strictly 100% all juices, not 10% mixed with sugar.
After a workout, which would be better to eat/drink post workout?
Which would be better to eat or drink throughout the day? (let's assume whole fruit is not an option, just hypotheically).
And as far as juices go...I understand not all are created nearly equal at all. The best ones to drink just from looking at nutrition facts and whatnot would be orange, prune, and pinapple. They seem to be the only juices that you don't have to fortify with a bunch of stuff. Aside from some acai berry/ $10 a pint stuff.
