So good! I never knew how much fat was in this drink, i love it even more now! Screw GOMAD, just drink 2 litres of this stuff and ur good, cal wise.


Too bad it's seasonal...

There should just be a "eat or drink as much cheap real food as you can diet". I don't see why its just milk- I think it could work with other cheap sources as well- a carton of eggs, a loaf of wheat bread, a package of bacon, etc. I personally think these would be easier to do than a gallon of milk anyways...

Yeah, like a few people on these forums, i don't seem to do very well with larg quantities of milk, I remember reading a post on marks daily apple about building muscle paleo style, he's an advocate of the dozen eggs a day (ADEAD as he calls it) oh and "Eat a big piece of fatty meat every single day"

Sounds good to me!!!
