tribulus terristis (spelling is probably off) is an indirect test booster that shouldn't mess with your body too much.

Tribulus terristis is an LH, or Lutenizing Hormone, meaning it is a catalyst for the conversion of pre-pro-hormones to testostesterone. It used to be popular, and I still see it out there in thestores and such, but I've never seen or read any evidence that it actually did much. There are plenty andro and nor-andro substances out there, but I've never heard much good about them either, and a lot of negatives, such as you get some of the side effects of test, but not much boost, and the fac that are are prohormones couldpossibly interfer with your bodys production of them naturally. There are good supps out there, such as fish oil tabs, general vit-min pills, and creatine does what it is touted to do (stronger contractions for a longer period of time-think a little extra weight for a few more reps plus a bit of weight gain-water retention in the muscles), but those aren't test mimickers.

Hi Kevin. Last I heard, the andro's, nor-andros (nandralone conversion) and some of the newer nes they've come up with are still legal over the counter, but IMO the cons are greater than the pro's. You probably should run a search on some studies over at med-line. They're usually pretty unbiased.

Don't F..k with your hormones. If you feel like you are low, go see your doctor and get tested. If it is low, then he should help you out SAFELY. You might want to try creatine and/or NOxPlode to help with your plateau.

Out of all the NO enhancers out there right now, NOxplode is probably the best on the market. I dont use it, but several of my friends do, and I can see it in the way they lift weights and in their focused demeanor that the stuff actually works. However, you cant run or do cardio exercises on that stuff, so I stay away. I dont even take creatine anymore, just eat proportioned amounts of red meat.
