Ok so i bought TrueMass today after having Isoflex for 6 months. I was told that if i wanna stay fit i shud take isoflex but if i wanna gain size, i shud go for truemass. I thot 'bout it n decided that i wana get a lil bigger so i went for TrueMass but after I paid im worried bout the six pack i have, since it contains more carbohydrate, will i lose my six pack if i keep taking it? (I got upper ab workout one day followed by lower ab workout the following day)

for the vast majority of people to gain size, they have to gain some fat. Which would mean that you would indeed loose your six pack.

Thats why body builders have bulking and cutting phases, eating tons to get bigger, then dropping calories to burn off the fat.

I think you will have better luck putting on muscle without as much fat, if you stick to real food. Eat a lot of fish, beef, chicken, eggs, and veggies.

You could also try bulking with purely fat and protein, with carbs at weekends. After my holiday I'm gonna carry on like this (at the moment I'm trying to cut). It's just hard to get the calories in because I don't feel as hungry with a high fat diet. Di Pasquale reckons you can gain weight while keeping bodyfat levels around 12% this way.
