There are a number of books out that are helpful:
The Paleo Diet - Cordain (make sure you get the latest edition)
The Paleo Solution - Wolf
The Primal Blueprint - Sisson

There are also a number of bloggers, many of whom also have books out. Check out their resource links. Some of them are gold mines.

There's lots more but that will get you started.

Keep in mind that these blogs don't always agree with each other on all the details. There is much that is not known.
