Being a scientist I hesitate to say here what I think has solved my problem because I don't have a way to test it.
About 3 months ago a new tennis friend told me that certain vitamins and minerals might play a role in muscle and connective tissue repair and maintenance.
Again, I wish I could do a controlled experiment on this but I'm not about to stop hydrating or taking vitamins/minerals! Comments welcome![/quote]
Claiming to be a scientist but not identifying exactly what vitamins and minerals their friend suggested...
