We're on vacation in Atlanta and went to Trader Joe's. We have none in 'Bama.

I get Organic Pumpkin, Coconut Milk (unsweetend), and Almond Milk (unsweet) and Pepitas.
My wife gets caramels and chocolate covered cookies.

It's not that it tough to eat independently (we have no kids); but psycologically, when your partner is not on board and you have a strong connection otherewise, you (my role) don't wwant to "leave them behind" You win together. I've oversome much of this and continue to workout. But I resent that she gives me the excuse to not be all I can be because I would be contributing to her feeling worse about it., In other words, when we both suck, there is less tension, at least short term. But long term that does no one good. And whether she would be more "comfortable" having me stay fat and lazy is just my perception or not, I need to lead. I know that. The tug to suck though can be strong and not just for physical craving when you have a partner.

I am looking forward to Pumpkin Tai soup.
