Heat it up as in a microwave? Fresh ingredients and just nuke it?

I actually have like 10 different salad places near work. For now, I find them quite delicious to eat uncooked. Dress them with lemon, olive oil, and balsamic. Double portion of protein.

Biggest disadvantage is that it's a pricey habit. McDonald's across the street would literally be 1/4 of the price per lunch. That's what I get for being lazy and not putting the extra effort to keep buying them regularly and prepping my own lunch. Not sure what is it about veggies in New York, but they don't last too long, so I buy them in relatively small batches.

Oh and sautéed kale is awesome!

yes, I nuke the broccoli with coconut oil, and then throw in the almonds
