Afterburn is Alwyn Cosgrove's term for EPOC. Otherwise, what Dub said.

Maybe someday the bulletin board system we're using will add a "Like" button, so the OP could see everybody checking that for Dub's reply. Would be simplest and easiest way to say it: lift heavy things and sprint.
