A pimply-faced sales weasel at the local GNC was trying pushing some new creatine product to me yesterday. When I explained to him that I was cycling off creatine this month, he told me that it is unnecessary to cycle off CEE like it is CM.
I understand the chemistry behind alcohol-ester chains, and imagine that CEE is superior to CM, but it would seem to me that cell usage would be the same with both no matter how easliy they are absorbed, therefore it would still benefit me to cycle off creatine every couple of months.
I'd appreciate the opinion of those in the know.
