A pimply-faced sales weasel at the local GNC was trying pushing some new creatine product to me yesterday. When I explained to him that I was cycling off creatine this month, he told me that it is unnecessary to cycle off CEE like it is CM.

I understand the chemistry behind alcohol-ester chains, and imagine that CEE is superior to CM, but it would seem to me that cell usage would be the same with both no matter how easliy they are absorbed, therefore it would still benefit me to cycle off creatine every couple of months.

I'd appreciate the opinion of those in the know.

i am far from a molecular bioligist....i dnot know why alot of things work. i have a decent understanding of creatine monohydrate but even less off cee.
when it first came out i did a little research decided it wasnt another get big quick scam and then tried it.
first off i think it is great for some people who regular creatine doesnt work or they get bloated from it.
cee is supposed to be more absorbable and promote less under the skin water
you said you are on your off cycle with creatine now... any bloating from it when you are"on"... does it work for you
if you said no to ? 1 and yes to ? 2 then you dont "need" cee, but i would try it if i were you
i tired it and noticed a little better post workout pump, but nothing serious
i use regular monohydrate now and love it
about the weasel at gnc
i have never met anyone who works at a nutrition shop who knows what they are selling
i like to f with them
ask alot of scientific questions and when he/she doesnt know say well i heard it does....
then laugh when you leave
i admitt very immature but it is fum sometimes
