Hi, I recently have been searching different kinds of oatmeal and the calorie value of each one of them. There's one brand that I always have at home, but analyzing it I have seen that it has way to many calories.
I know the package is in Spanish, so what it says is 300 calories for 1/4 of a cup(30 grams).
If we compare that amount to quaker rolled oats or other types of oatmeal they have 113 calories for 30 grams, so this 300 calorie number seems kinda strange.
So, my questions are:
Which type of oatmeal is this?
Is it good for diet compared to other types of oatmeal like quaker rolled oats?
and why does it have such a high calorie number compared to other oatmeal's?
