Heh, I look forward to doing it every time because I can see the results.
I guess there is some physiological factor that plays into this. I remember a thread a while ago that talked about full body workouts and why doing workouts on consecutive days isn't the most optimal. For instance, doing chest monday and back tuesday doesn't make sense because you work out your back on monday just by doing those chest excercises, thereby never giving your back a chance to rest. I dunno, the other thread said it much more eloquently than I have.
But regardless, the idea is the same. That full body workouts for one day (BTW, I also do pistols and explosive lunges on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), followed by complete rest on another day is more optimal. I just want to know if that is applicable for working out my legs.
