So, you just don't care about the original question, don't bother to read links and other advice given previously? In a thread? If you would have looked, the original thread was "confused about method", and OMG, he asks a few specific questions, gets some good info , then just about everyone and their brother, who isn not tuned into the original question, starts throwing antything and everything out there. No wonder the kids confused. If you are going to reply, at least READ and UNDERSTAND what the hell it is he is asking.

I did read it all. I never responded to the original question because it was already answered. My respone was only in regards to the later post where he seemed to be concered about the ammount of shoulder work. If you look I didn't post until after his third message. I suppose I can agree that the thread got off track pretty quick, but that was well before my post.

Thanks everybody, especially the two of you Timd and Ironman, I got the basic layout of my program and will start today. Cant wait ^^ If there are any problems I will come back to this thread, but I guess I will do fine with all your advice and the routine, sorry for sometimes getting off topic, ;) Next time I will try harder to stay put :D cya all and thanks for your great comments "thumbs up"
