what are weight equivalences between these three? like, what weight would you use while hack squating on a sled in order to equal the same workout doing a full barbell squat?

You have to look up the weight of the sled itself based on the manufactorer. For instance the 45 degree sled leg press machine at my old gym was 115 pounds, now the one I use is 140 pounds.

They aren't going to really be equal in anything, they are three different exercises with their own quirks.
