I don't know why I ask this, but can you do bent-over rows with your palms in a curling position?

Sure. Why not? It's becoming fairly popular with bodybuilders as they say it focuses more on the lats than the regular over-over grip, becuase it naturally keeps the bar closer in to the sides. A few years ago there was a Mr. Olympia that used it a lot, Dorian Yates.

Generally people use a fairly narrow grip on Reverse-grip Barbell Rows (AKA Curl-grip Barbell Rows). Also, most guys keep their upper bodies at a roughly 45-degree angle when using this grip (as opposed to keeping your upper body parallel to the floor).

PS.) A reverse grip also works the biceps more than an overhand grip.

Personally, I prefer doing Barbell Rows at a 45-degree angle with a roughly shoulder width overhand grip as this feels most natural for me.

I agree; and it also doesn't stress my forearms unduly.
