tues chest and back flat bench press, incline bench press, flies machine,
rowing machine, lat pulldowns machine, and hyperextension.
thursday legs and shoulders squats, lunges, lying leg curls, standing calves machine, db upright rows, db front lateral raises, and rear delts machine.
saturday triceps and biceps undergrip pullups, incline db curls, standing reverse curls, dips, skull crushers, and close grip bench press. i try to do cardio on my off 1-2 times a week and suggest would be appreciated. im thinking shoulders is not a really good routine because theres no shoulder press but anyways yeah let me know what u people think thanks
