Which squatting style do you prefer? For me it's high-bar style with a medium width stance.

Low bar, wide. I'm tall (6' 6") and have long legs, so the narrow foot placement makes me lean forward too much.

I voted for wide stance but I mostly front squat now and that is definately done with a narrow stance.

I include all styles but prefer front squats and I could have put other but that seemed weird.

Power lifting style?

You guys might remember that I was having some knee problems. I got with an old power lifter, 54, and he helped me out. I now have a fairly wide stance with my toes pointed out about 30-45 degrees. Since I have gone to that I haven't had any knee problems.

I just had to get the old in.

Figured a couple of you would get a chuckle or a mumble. The old guy taught me how to squat without getting hurt. I had been squatting my old way since I was 13. I learned a little lesson there. Maybe I will have him work on my deadlift form.

Due to lack of equipment I Zercher-squat with an EZ Curl Bar! The stance is pretty much the same as for front squats. I suggest you guys try it for variety.

Med stance w/toes at 30 degrees

Natural arch in my back going all the way down almost feeling the floor hit my glutes.
