Its about the same i'd say. Until very recently i was doing all wide grip benching on one day, and all close grip benching 3 or 4 days later. Thats all I do, no flies or cable moves. Front delts have always been far more sore on the wide day for me, even on the weeks where i do no direct front delt exercises whatsoever.
