Have just started weight training again after a four year break. Wish i'd never stopped, but am reaching that stage again when i feel a bit stale. I keep alternating my routines but it doesn't seem to help.
I've tried pyramid sessions and supersets and am interested in where i could find some more ideas such as these.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I'll need the answer to these two questions first:
1) What is the reason for you weight training?
2) Do you have a goal that you're trying to reach?
