Hey all, long time no see :) hehe
Well I have this "problem", if you define it as a problem, of mine. I noticed that my left upper arm (biceps and triceps) is bigger than my right. My right forearm is also a little bigger than my left.

I mostly do pushups and rows (resistance bands "lol") and both are as you know unified movements and not isolated. I only swim lately and I write and do stuff with my right arm. I thought it would be due to genetics for I dont train one arm exercises (I will thought once I get stronger).

Probably this has been posted, but the search function is not working for me (shows some kind of error)

Well neways thank you and keep on exercising~

David

Few people are perfectly symmetrical physique-wise, so size differeneces - particulary between dominant and non-dominant limbs - are par for the course. Working the limbs together allows the stronger side to do more of the work.

The only solution is to work each arm independently, using dumbbells and iso-lateral machines. I'm not sure that your band workout can be used this way.

Hmm, the gym is quite expensive in Germany, very expensive. It costs around 40 Euro ~. But the size of my arms is good, well defined and I dont want to let it grow so much, that is why I dont really focus on my arms. All the way for compound~

That's a little high. In Euros the average monthly fee is around 31 here. It's gotten more expensive lately since the market has expanded.

This is also one reason Im doing pushups and rows with bands or pullups and seeing that the difference is not that huge. I guess I will keep on training and try to focus the weaker side ^^

Look into other bodyweight exercises besides pushups. For example, you can do bench dips between two chairs for triceps. Also, consider investing in a pull-up bar. Not only can you do chin-ups with it, you can also use it for supine rows.

PS) Try doing pushups with your feet elevated.
