I've noticed that I need to take a fairly long stride while performing lunges to avoid hitting my knee on the floor, since I like to go reasonably deep.

I can definitely lift more weight seated using a pair of dumbbells than I can with a single dumbbell. I can even lift slightly more weight pressing two dumbbells alternately, though not as much as I can pressing both dumbbells together.

Incline Barbell Press (close-grip) - 275 lbs for 1 rep

I did this with a shoulder width grip on a 45-degree angle.

I also did 185 lbs for 22 reps on Barbell Bench Press (regular-grip). This was fairly late in my workout (after close-grip inclines), so I'm sure I could have done more reps if I had been fresh.

I did 30 reps with 185 lbs on 45-degree Barbell Rows yesterday ... not exactly a personal record, but still pretty cool.

NEW "stupid" strength-endurance best:

600lb wheel barrel walk - 2.5 km before "whimping-out" and going to get the truck to bring it back. Lost count of stops, but permitted myself to rest only a max of 1 min at each stop. Next time i hope to have the "mental endurance" to keep count - maybe use a notepad..

Even my ear lobes and eyebrows are sore, today.
