Deadlift: 305# x 3

First time ever over 300 for reps. Normally I don't post Rep RM's in this thread, since doing that for 5/3/1 would get spammy, but this one I was really happy about.

almost 3 plates!

I'm 2 weeks behind you (thanks to skipping Saturday this week and 100 lbs of body weight ;0),

And you have the form cheker to kewp you inline, so that's doubly good on you

Nice one BOBBERT - from what I can gather your triceps aren't your greatest area too so a 102.5k bench is beasty - a lot more than me and your a fair bit lighter than me.

I dont usually do max effort lifts, so I dont typically post in here. But last night I reached a goal that I've been working to for quite a while. I did 5 sets of 6 of the following complex with only 45 seconds rest in between sets. I was kind of suprised that I made it all the way through the last set.

85lbs

deadlift
rom deadlift
hang clean
front squat
OH press
back squat
reverse lunge

The reverse lunges are particularly difficult after all the other stuff.

Also, front squatted for the first time last night (trying to still be careful with my lower back). I was able to get to 3 sets of 3 at 275. I think I can get more once I get used to the weight on my front delts. So... that's a PR for me in the front squat department.

Deadlift - 140kg (308 pounds) for 4 reps

Easy too - I was a bit "ooh, it's going to be heavy" when I set up but I just ripped it off the floor!
