Should I work on upper body Monday Tusday Thursday and Friday?

It's generally not a good idea to train the same muscle groups two days in a row.

If you do upper body push on Monday & Thursday and upper body pull on Tuesday & Friday - or the reverse - you can get away with it.

But unless you work out in a wheelchair, your routine sucks.

It's not that. He just didn't understand.

You do the upper body routine on Monday and Thursday. You do the lower body routine on Tuesday and Friday. But if you remember from the other post, your routine follows a different format at the end of the week than it did the beginning of the week. The other 3 days you take off.
