Just a quick question on lunges.

Where is your weight supposed to be? i.e. when pressing back up, which leg should be working the hardest?

In general, the front leg should be doing the work, the trailing leg provides balance.

"Return to original standing position by forcibly extending the hip and knee of the forward leg. "
