People seem to be worried that they are asking "stupid" questions. Sure you should read the stickies and use the search. But feel free to ask anything. There is no flaming allowed here. So you don't have to worry about that. Stupid would be not asking and just continuing to do it wrong.

I would like to reiterate here that we need to have more patience with people new to the forum and/or fitness. Lets also keep in mind that some people might be young, and kids are going to have less knowledge, less life skills, and not be very self-reliant. If you remember, the better you got with that stuff, the closer you were to chronological adulthood.
