Today i attempted to train back and biceps on about 3hrs of sleep.I found out quickly that without proper rest its hard to feel a muscular contraction in the targeted muscle.I started out with 3-4 sets of db rows followed by pull-ups.I could not get a good contraction in the lats or even the biceps for that matter.I was also not as focused or alert as usual do to lack of rest. This is a lesson learned,do not attempt to train without the proper amount of sleep,rest and recuperation.
