I don't know what else to call them. I went down on my first rep (425) and started wobbling. It has never happened before. I, for some reason, was unsure if I would be able to get it up. I busted my butt Saturday clearing cedar and think I may have just been tired. It was a little weird. It happened at least twice after that.

I've never had that, I'm just starting to get into heavy squats though. For me heavy is 175lbs :) which is slightly more than bodyweight. I'm built for DL though not squat.

Did you actually make the sound of yip? LOL

A friend of mine does that as well usually his first rep is shaky and then he gets ahang of it almost like he's so unsure untill he starts pushing back up with it.

How many reps are you aiming for with 425?

I've done it before with no problems. I don't know what the deal was.

your core may have been fatigued still, causing the wobble

It could be you weren't fully warmed up but most likely you had residual fatique from Saturday.
