 Post subject: Good Article to help?

I am 21 and have been building muscle/fat for 3 months, I am now 200 lbs and was 170 and 18% body fat. I am going to stop at about 210 lbs, and I am 22% body fat. I would liek to do what I have read as a "cutting" phase but I am having trouble finding a good article that describes the process. I am sure this question get asked a lot and I applogise for any repitition. If someone could direct me to a good source I would appreciate it.

The normal method would be to cut your calories to 500 below what you need to maintain. Maintain your protein level and continue to lift heavy.

You may do better to reduce carbs to 20-50 g/day until you reach your goal. You should make better progress that way. Make sure you keep your protein up.
