Yeah, I love reading things that show me how completely wrong my workout is.

So one of the things they seem to suggest is that instead of doing bench press, incline bench, and flys all on one day, I should split them over my 3 weekly workouts. Currently I can get sore for 3 or 4 days, so I'm hoping this means recovery time will be less once I split it up.
