Does it matter when I do HIIT?
For my current schedule, I do full body workouts Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I currently am not able to do HIIT today due to an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament this weekend and my left quad is still quite sore.
Should I skip a day of HIIT today or should I do HIIT Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday instead?
But mainly, the question I am getting at is if my boyd would benefit more from doing HIIT on my training days? Is it detrimental if I do HIIT on my non-training days?
