I was looking for some good exercise to do at home, without weights or at a desk to improve my grip/forearm strength. I looked into Gripmaster and thought about using rubber bands to even out the forearms, but I also came across the Eagle's Claw http://www.pro-xsports.com/images/products/eagle_claw.jpg
and was wondering would this work the extensors as well, when you release your grip and there is resistance going back to the initial position or would the flexors in the end just be working twice as hard? Any other suggestions?
