Peter, as most of you know, writes a blog, which he updates every weekday. He doesn't say much about it here, I think because he doesn't want to take advantage of the forum to toot his own horn. Fair enough. I'll toot it for him. His blogs are brief, concise, well-written, and always contain something useful.

Some of his posts are just a link to an interesting article, usually with just a comment or two, sometimes with more review. Today's post contains this link.

The article contains most of the information that the regular posters here try to convey to the noobies when they post asking about their programs. It might be good to keep it in the stickies, then point noobies to it once in a while.

Pretty much this. I figure if my blog is any good, it'll speak for itself. If it is not, trumpeting it here and elsewhere isn't going to change that.

I appreciate your nice words about it, though. I try to make it useful even if only to highlight "stuff elsewhere you might have missed" since I've been too busy lately to really write in-depth articles.

Pete? Aaargh!

Anyway, you like to read my posts? That's crazy talk. You'll love my blog, then, unlike my posts they might actually link to helpful stuff.

No worries. I just dislike the diminutive version of my name. I respond well and instantly to "Peter" but if people say "Pete" I automatically wonder who they are talking about. Weird but true.

Peter,

I really like todays Blog.

While you use the term and example for a workout, it's really just a metaphor for life. Bottom line, Stay focused and keep the "intensity"....

Anyway, I have added your feed to my personal website. I hope you don't mind.

Cliff
