Anyone on this forum have one yet? its a roller with spikes on it and it is way better than a regular foam roller (gets to the muscle easier and gets rid of the knott/tenderness/achyness/burn (whatever you want to call it).

no more underarm burning and my hip flexors are feeling a lot looser now too and my quads. I also had a huge knott in the middle outerside of my quad (before reaching the abductor) and it is just about gone now.

One thing I would like to know if there is an actual ball thats a lacrosse ball size for my pecs, low back, and rhomboids with spikes on it (not the soft spikes one..the one that is just like the rumble roller).

There is a ball: its called a massage ball.

How much did you pay for your rumble roller?
I think I may purchase one if it is better than a normal foam roller.

One of my friends bought one too, and he swears by it. He didn't like the regular foam roller, much, but he uses the rumble roller.

Link to it at Elite:

and the smaller one:

I haven't tried one yet.

Hotlinking is not allowed, that's why. If you visit this page then reload this thread, the image will be in cache and will show up.

It was a reference to the thread necromancy going on here. I didn't notice the hotlink issue.
