Recently, I've been experiencing some knee pain.
It came as a result of an intense session of pistols, explosive lunges, and a 2 hour game of ultimate frisbee.
Yesterday morning, I could walk fine. But going up and down stairs was difficult and I had to concentrate pretty hard to keep from falling over.
This morning, my knee seems fine, but walking up and down stairs still has a certain soreness associated with it.
How long should I rest before I resume pistols and explosive lunges? How long before I can do HIIT again?
