Hey all,
As you may have seen in other posts of mine, I'm currently at a summer internship by my college campus. Problem is today's the last day, tomorrow I'm going back down to my hometown for about a week, and I do not have any sort of gym membership or anything down there. That includes I do not have any free weights at home, unfortunately
So I was wondering what you guys think, if you guys think I should be doing some light "weight training" or core stuff or basically anything to get me off my but for 30 mins - 1 hour a day. Some of my preliminary plans are:
- Run every other day (this isn't preliminary, I'm sticking to it no matter what)
- Practice TGU's with extremely light weight, probably just hold up a book or 2. This is mainly to get the form and movements down, because I've never done a TGU before in my life lol
