Do they have another name? I can find information on Google about lateral raises, front lateral raises, lying lateral raises and upright rows but there's almost nothing about the "Dumbbell Raises" that look like you're pulling on a pair of waders. Does anyone here do them? I've been doing them because i believe i have a supraspinatus weakness and i'm looking for a safe way to strengthen it without fear of impingement.
