I was/am aware I could fall into that narrow mindset; but still feel that HIIT requires too intense to maintain over the course of a 90 minute game. Its HIIT in very very short bursts with long breaks between, like saying you do 5x5 sets of Squats, but over an hour and half. Yeah, technically, its 5x5
I know HIIT involves pausing between intensity but the intensity has to be significant to push one so they could not do it for long. If that is not the actual definition, then I have just more clearly defined it, losers.
