Any exercise that builds the muscles of the upper back and chest. They just have to be progressively increased. Don't jump into weights you can't control. As long as you're using full range of motion and using basic compound exercises, this will largely be self limiting anyway. Basically, carries, squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls in the vertical and horizontal direction, the same as if you didn't have this problem.

There is a thread specifically about hypokyphosis.

What I didn't know it that hypokyphosis is a secondary problem of scoliosis. So probably not caused by your fall, but just by your scoliosis. Check out the scoliosis forum. They may be able to tell you a lot more.
