Maybe that just me. I try and hit my posterior chain with twice as much volume as I do quad stuff. Single leg stuff couldn't hurt but I have to admit I don't like it very much.
If you're only doing two leg exercises, how long do your workouts take? 20 mins? You could easily do something else
I do deadlifts on mondays, along with more back work(rows, pullups) and biceps. But no, depending on rest between sets, my workouts take about an hour for the most part.
Does anyone else think that deadlifts and squats aren't enough? I sometimes do the leg press after squats on fridays, to target the quads more(vs glutes in squats). How about power cleans? My wrist is better and I may be able to start doing those properly now.
