yeah tren sounds pretty crazy. I know a few people running it and they love it, but it's a bit too much for me.

It seems changing rep ranges every week works better than 3x8 or 5x5 for me :) Atleast for upper body muscles. Legs got used to it pretty quick but my program isnt finished yet so i will know in 5 weeks if it will continue that way.

Well, just picking 3x8 or 5x5 and using it for every exercise doesn't make sense.

In fact, using the same reps for every set doesn't always make sense. What if, when you are lifting the 4th rep feels real heavy, and you were hoping for 3 working sets? Why no lay off, rest a bit, and come back to the next set to see how it goes? What if on the last rep of your second set it feels real easy? Why not go another rep or 2? There may be reasons why, not, but if you are thinking, and allowing yourself the possibility of not being rigid about the reps, you may get a lot more out of your workout.

Started diet on 9.1 106,5kg -> 11.2 99,6kg
I made the common mistake of eating too few calories at start and weight loss stopped pretty quickly. Now im on 2300-2400 for gymdays and 1500-2000 for recoverydays and im losing weight again :)
Carbs are pretty low on both days. Gymday 50-70g and recoveryday 20-40g
