I think this could easily go into either General or Diet & Nutrition...
I don't have any way at the moment to measure my body fat % except through some inaccurate scales.
My question is, if my weight remains unchanged, but I've consistently worked out lifting weights either 2 or 3 times a week over several months, getting stronger and by appearance I believe more muscular, would I be right thinking my body fat is dropping slowly whilst my lean mass increases slowly? My only cardio is generally my warm-up and warm-down. I do short and light recovery work at home the day following the gym.
My diet is fairly clean. It's mainly meat and salad or starchy vegetables 2 meals a day and a rice cereal breakfast. I take the recommended dose of BSN CellMass, HMB, BCAA's, ZMA, Ginseng, liquid Fish Oil, Glucosamine HCL, and a multivitamin.
