When I bench, my right shoulder clicks (think it's coming from inside my rotator cuff.)

Now, it doesn't hurt. Just sort of 'clicks'. Should I be worried? When I use the seated bench press machine, it doesn't :con:

It's as though the constant weight of the barbell correlates to the clicking.

Any thoughts, guys?

BTW, it used to happen with flys, too. But I use the fly machine now, so it doesn't happen on that.

if it doesn't hurt then it's not a big deal.

I would start training your upper back with a load more volume - rows, face pulls and eternal rotations, and lots of them
