would there be any benifit to 100 push ups daily 20reps 5set over a day,
also do the same with any exercise, maby 10 reps 10 set over a day?

Yes and no.

If 20 reps is challenging for you, then this will contribute to strength and size somewhat. it will certainly improve endurance, posture and conditioning even if 20 is not challenging. Pushups are particularly good for shoulder health.

If you're primary goal is strength, you need to work with challenging loads for fewer reps in order to make progress. This has to be coupled with appropriate recovery. In this context, you would not see a benefit as you would be reducing your recovery ability. The pushups could be used for light days, or for warmups but it needs to make sense in the proper context.
