Another thread mentioned some videos I had put out, and the response suggested there might be some interest.
The general topic is "biomechanics and exercises", and to be fair, it presents a different take than the mainstream fitness material. I.e., if you like what you're already doing, the material probably won't appeal to you.
But, if like me, you are in your 50s, or your clients are, and if general aches and pains are interfering with your workouts, and if you're receptive to adjusting your exercise selection/instruction, you might find something useful.
Much of this came from researching my own injuries and solutions; no suggestion of academic accomplishment intended.

The long one was the basis of a manual I wrote called Congruent Exercise, available at the obvious online bookseller. the videos obviously are free.
While I try not to get involved in drawn out forum debates or theoretical discussions, I do try to respond to questions on the actual content, preferably on the Congruent Exercise Facebook page, where all the discussions can collect.
