Cool, I see what you mean there Dub! I guess I'll stick to this until I learn the movement (I had a couple or reps that were a bit wayward yesterday) and then look at upping the weight and lowering the reps to make it more explosive training with the explosive movement, I'm doing them "as Fast and as Powerful as Possible" so basically like trying to throw the weight through the ceiling! The other thing is, I might be off in what I want when I say explosiveness, what I mean is I want to jump higher and take off faster when running in Basketball, but more when I'm fatigued than fresh, I'm happy with my performance for 25 to 30 minutes in most games, it's beyond that point I want to improve which is why I was happy with an explosive movement pattern in a fatigued state, but yes you are right it's certainly not in an explosive manner that I am doing it as of right now! I'll try the rest of the program out before I go back to the PT and ask about changes though!
