hmm, you lift a box from the floor (deadlift, row), in the carrying process are many muscles involved back/shoulders and yes, the biceps. do you carry a box only with your biceps, therefore you must lift it much wider in the air than overarm parallel to your body.

but this topic about isolation work is interesting, maybe you know more examples for biceps, triceps and laterals.

i found an awesome example for biceps: lifting a 1 liter pitcher from the table to your mouth at oktoberfest.

Here in the US we call those 16oz curls.
