I'v mentioned a lopt on this about my shoulder injury. Started thinking is shoulder day really important to hit with a lot of exercises if u can get in at least dumbell or barbell press and some upright rows and face pulls. Surely Shoulders are punished enough on chest day? Have been thinking of just leaving it out completely and just doing my face pulls on back day.

that's a fine way of doing things. You can do a few sets of laterals on chest day, and train your rear delts on back day.

Cant do lateral or front raises to sore :( got my mri on sat tho so hopefully find out whats up...U get that pm?
