So you're pretty tall and skinny and looking to get bigger yeah? That's going to be as much about how you eat, as how you train.

How many days a week can you train? Once I know that I can get a program for you.

For OP.
I bet you could benefit from a normal strength/size program the most. But I recommend you to read Anthony Mycal's articles. He's got tons of experience on the skinny-fat ektomorph type of stuff:
